Commission Information

I have a right to decline a commission for any reason.

I retain all rights to my work, which include, but are not limited to, the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and to upload it to any of my personal galleries or portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.

I can do private commissions as well, so if you don't want me uploading the finished work to any of my galleries or social media, please let me know beforehand.

You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand only.

You may NOT use the artwork for any sort of NFTs / Blockchain / cryptocurrency / AI training.

You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want, such as avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, uploading it to your own personal social medias (with credit given), and so on, just as long as it isn't for commercial use (without prior consent), or you claim you created the artwork.

Once your commission is approved, I will send you a thumbnail sketch to approve of soon after. Once we agree on a sketch, and you send the necessary portion of the payment, I will begin work on your commission as soon as possible.

Depending on the commission type, I may send you a cleaned up sketch to approve of before moving onto the lineart. Normally, I always send a WIP after finishing lineart and color.

You may ask for a work-in-progress at any time, but please don't spam me for them, such as asking multiple times in one day.

I will send you a watermarked, low-res version of the final piece so you can look over any details, and, after the second payment has cleared, I'll send you the full resolution file of your image via Google Drive.

I will upload the final image to my Twitter and Instagram tagging you, unless you previously requested to keep your identity, or the whole commission, private.

Commissions of up to $30 are to be paid upfront.

Larger commissions will have half of the payment due after agreeing on a comp sketch, with the other half due after completion.

You get 5 small revisions and 1 large revision per artwork. Revisions based on my own mistakes (such as misinterpreting a reference sheet) will not be deducted, provided the change isn't requested too late into the process.

Additional fees may apply for extra revisions or complex design work, such as:

+ A $5 fee for every small change exceeding the max, $20 for larger revisions.

+ A $15 - $50 fee for highly complex detail additions for the commission, e.g. highly intricate kimono, dense robotics, vehicular interior detail, etc. Intricacy can be arbitrary, and fees will be decided on a case by case basis. (It has to be REAL intricate to warrant a fee lol)

No Refunds — UNLESS I fail to finish the project for personal reasons, in which case you will be fully reimbursed.

On average, it takes me anywhere from 20-50 hours of tracked time to complete a fully rendered piece. Lower quality commission tiers will take much less time to finish.

In real time, depending on the complexity of your request, this means that I may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to complete your piece, depending on how free I am to work on it.

Resolution can range from 4000px (2000x2000) to 25000px (5000x5000) total size, 300 dpi, sent thru Google Drive with the file type(s) of your choice.

Resolution can also be changed based on desired aspect ratio (e.g. 4000x2000), and I can adjust the resolution as needed.

Available file types include: .PNG, .PDF, .JPEG, .TIFF, .PSD, and .PROCREATE.

Included with your commission will be a timelapse of the piece, though it will not be of very high quality due to hardware restrictions.

(I may also offer animation and graphic design commissions, however I do not have pricing down for most situations, so dm me if you're interested and we can work it out based on your needs.)
